Top Five Colour Myths

Adding colour to a space can be one of the hardest parts. You never quite know what works and what doesn’t. It’s always good to do some research on colour before choosing your scheme.

Here’s the an inspiration for my new project. I read this great quote today, this designer said that people are starting to be drawn to little cozy spaces, versus huge sprawling rooms because it’s easier to relax in… and you don’t have to fill it with furniture (or spend 2 hours trying to find your keys?). Very true in my case! I much prefer the coziness, or (on the other end of the spectrum) a huge ass space with like, a chair and a vase and a twig.

Here is how you can learn how to transform a fireplace mantel into a headboard.

I think this is such a great idea. If you have a fireplace that you never use, instead of wasting money to have it removed, why not just create something out of it. It’ll add a personal touch to your space.

I am a HUGE fan of framing fancy shopping bags. Great idea!

Got a crack in your wall? Put a frame over it and make it into art. No one will know :)
